RGB
But, with the addition of our gal Ruby, our family initials spell out RGB. (i get a HUGE kick out of this!!) I promise that was not a factor in choosing her name.. honestly. but i (grace) got REALLY excited when i realized it!
RGB= Red, Blue, Green. a term used by design/video geeks to refer to the colorspace used by an image or video.
we know. we're geeks, and proud of it :)

another day, another photo shoot
yeah... i can't help myself!!!
3-day weekends are always good for a random photoshoot or two :)

A BIG week
this was a week of firsts for our family. First mother's day. First week back to work for Grace. First week at co-op daycare and first roll-overs for Ruby.
Last weekend we had 3 days all-together, and we did lots of fun family stuff. It was great hang time. Sunday we went to brunch:
Then we went to the zoo. Ruby slept almost entirely through the zoo, except for (literally) the last 10 minutes, which we knew might happen. Still, we had fun.
Then we had a picnic dinner:
THe next day was the first day back to work and leaving Ruby at co-op daycare.
THere were lots of tears, though i don't think any of them were Ruby's :) But, we survived, she seems to be having a great time during the day with Miss Megan and her new baby friends. For now she's the littlest one, so she's getting a lot of attention for that.
Ruby's even been helping Grace with her work :)
And, she's got a new favorite toy, her super-soft bunny. loves it!!
